Yoav Gallant
Yoav Gallant is an Israeli politician and retired military general. He served as the Israeli minister of defense from 2022 to 2024, and was a member of the Knesset for the Kulanu party from 2015–2019, and the Likud party from 2019 to 2025. Gallant's extensive military career includes commanding the Southern Command in the Israel Defense Forces and various leadership roles in the IDF.
